Carlisle college survey

Carlisle College wanted a survey that could be put onto the colleges internal server and accessed via tablets and other devices to get feedback and also give the attendees of the Advice Session/ Open Day the chance to win Ed Sheeran tickets by completing the survey. At 8PM the site will generate a winner and display the contact details for that person.The site uses; HTML5, CSS. JavaScript, PHP and MSQLI.
